Fees and ConsultationFees for legal services are charged on an hourly rate or flat fee depending on the matter. Malpractice cases are handled on a contingency fee. There is no charge for evaluating a malpractice case.
We charge an initial consultation fee of $125.00 for all cases except Malpractice cases. The initial consultation usually lasts an hour. Some matters can be resolved during this consultation. We can frequently provide an estimate of the total costs for a case after the initial meeting.
All clients are seen by appointment.Fees for acting as a fiduciary (Guardian, Conservator, Trustee or receiver) are determined according to a fee scale. Book keeping services are available in these matters at a separate rate.
