We are available to help individuals and families answer any questions they face when planning for elderly family members. These questions may involve estate planning, health care proxies, durable powers of attorney, or guardianships. We are available to provide legal services to obtain guardians for ordinary decision making, or cases involving complex medical issues. We also are available to serve as guardians or other fiduciaries. We also can assist families with any litigation that may arise in any of these areas.
Elder Abuse
Caretakers of elderly relatives may be wrongly accused of abusing or neglecting their elderly family member. We can provide legal representation to family members who must defend themselves from such allegations.
Elderly persons may be abused or neglected by their care givers. We can assist family members who wish to take steps to protect an elderly family member.
