Elizabeth Baum - Elizabeth Baum is an attorney with a Masters Degree from Harvard School of Public Health, During the past two decades, Ms. Baum has enjoyed serving as guardian, conservator and trustee in many complex fiduciary matters. Ms. Baum's work as a fiduciary often leads her to address complicated medical, residential, financial, family and supportive services issues, as well as end-of life planning and decision-making. Ms. Baum also consults to family members who are acting as fiduciary on behalf of their loved ones.
In addition, Ms. Baum often represents families or individuals disabled by dementia, mental illness or developmental delays. She has been appointed by Probate Court Judges as Guardian ad litem in many complex mental health, custody and end of life matters.Robert H. Weber - Robert H. Weber graduated from Northeastern University Law School in 1974. Mr. Weber is the former General Counsel to the Massachusetts Office for Children. Mr. Weber lectures extensively on adoption and child welfare related issues. He has litigated many complex adoption cases. Mr. Weber is also the former Executive Director of the Mental Health Legal Advisor's Committee of the Supreme Judicial Court.
Attorney Weber received the Paul J. Liacos Mental Health Advocacy Award for "Zealous advocacy and outstanding legal services to the poor." Presented by the Committee for Public Counsel Services on May 14, 1999.
He has represented patients and mental health facilities in civil commitment cases and complex guardianship matters.
